REATURN TO GARDENVIEW THINGY THEORY
OK so um ik the comic isn't as popular as others kn Tumblr *OUGH COUGH COUGH MOTM*
But from the recent update I have a theory
So like
Since Sprout and Looey are still normal, maybe theyre gonna go on an ichor run and become twisted, or maybe like when the handlers come they all go and lose the toons on the run and see them on later floors twisted
From a doodle I saw from a while back cosmo was with them (dont know if thats still canon) so maybe he has to explain to them the ichor and what its doing
I js wanted to get that out ahem
Idk if sharky even gonna see this✌️😭

Lessons from Soviet Russia on deploying small nuclear generators.
The Soviet Union had an engineering problem. Thousands of miles of remote frozen arctic coastline in need of lighthouses and radio towers which require power. Those locations were too cold and too remote for human operators in the winter months. So, the Soviets created a plan to deploy small Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generators (RTG's). Radioactive Strontium-90 heats an array of metal fins, the fins cool, and a semiconductor turns that energy into electricity. The RTG's design was the same tech the Soviet Union used to deploy radio to areas without power.
It's worth noting that this was the beginning of the nuclear era, the pre-Chernobyl era. There had been no nuclear disaster previously, that would have made them question this strategy. It's also worth noting that Americans and NASA used and still use RTG's on satellites zooming through space and rovers on Mars.
The Soviets deployed over 2500 of these "Beta-M" generators across a variety of locations. All they had to do was to send someone out to service them on the warmer months. Fast-forward to 1991 and the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia fell into bankruptcy, which is a terrible situation for a government funded nuclear device program. With no money to send people out to maintain the machines, the machines fell out of maintenance. The haphazardly deployed devices failed and radiation leaked out. Further complicating the issue, the organizational chaos meant Russia lost track of the location of these devices.
This would not have been an issue if humans had avoided contact, but unfortunately they did. Curious onlookers and thieves stumbled upon them, they poked and prodded at the curious objects. These tales don't always result in death, but there are countless stories we'll never hear. The Soviet RTG program is a foreboding engineering parable about the cost of deploying an idea with no plans for future maintenance, and no regard for the consequences it might bring.

I can’t BELEIVE this time has finally come. After a year of doing Tumblr together, it is time to reveal the woman behind the screen. Alonim 2025, I owe it all to you. We really went out with a bang. After 8 amazing years together we ended on the highest note possible and had the best Alonim summer. You have all changed my life in huge ways, I couldn’t thank you enough. Despite all the hate and beef I caused, it was an honor to be your Ramah Tumblr Girl this past year. I’ve loved keeping us connected during the 10 months we spent apart awaiting our Alonim summer. I have passed down the Tumblr torch to two phenomenal girls who are going to absolutely crush it! As we reach the finale of our time together on Tumblr and our time as campers, we will never say goodbye to our amazing bond as an edah and of course, with camp. Alonim 2025, you forever have my heart. And Ramah, thank you.
Xoxo,
Madeleine Plener
Your RTG of 2024/25
Oh my god, Rebuild the Galaxy might actually be peak. Lesbian Reyrose. Doomed siblings. Commentary on the Force, the jedi and the sith. Wonderful stepped animation. And whoever had the idea to mix Lego Star Wars with ATLA style fighting, you're a fucking genius
