The Curator who changed my mind

Reza is the first Curator I met who I got really inspired by. I met him at Documenta 15 in Kassel in August 2022. He is very charismatic and he told us the whole story about how Ruangrupa actually participated in Documenta 15. And this story was quite interesting and changed my view about how Documenta chooses its Curators. Anyways, I have to admit that I have never heard about Reza Afisini before but because of his funny and approachable personality and charisma, I wanted to know more about him and his way of thinking. Before I met him I actually had a typical vision of how a curator looks like.
