To be under a minute I had to recite it kind of fast but it's all there and articulation is good. Not spoken word, just poetry as it was meant to be, orally recited for your ears to feed your heart. If you've never had the poem in your mouth you have never fully understood it. Any poem you like, speak it and let the words put themselves in your mouth. Taste them as they move air and your tongue to reach out to the world finding life in their expression. It was at @arisefestival this year while working with @starwatermagick that I recited this poem to a friend's daughter @mickiecameronooo_ When the poem was completed her daughter told me I need to quite my day job to become a full time poet.
