Does the live chat work? Should I use my local one or the US. I asked my local netflixchat to forward my question about Shadowhunters but I don't know if they actually did.

the live chat worked for me. my tip is: make a lengthy comment because then they can’t send you a bot. the person who talked to me seemed very real and was very kind. make sure to state how upset you are and that you would appreciate it if they could forward your feedback. all feedback is monitored! so even if you think they may not forward it, it is saved somewhere in their data bank. 

also, if you feel comfortable, try calling the customer service. when i did they had seen that i had talked to someone on the live chat already, so i’m positive the person i talked to forwarded my feedback. if you don’t live in an english speaking country you may have the option to request a customer service in your native language, so it’s a good idea to call both to make some noise!

Po pierwsze, nawet nie masz pojęcia jak się cieszę, że teraz używam polskiego! Tak rzadko go używam na tej stronce.

Widzisz, zapewne wiesz, że Matt zrobił tak jakby dwa livey. Jeden gdzie Dominic powiedział to, co powiedział i drugi. Ten pierwszy został usunięty. Na jego początku Matt zapytał o miejsca, które powinien odwiedzić. Zaproponowałam Polskę. On po odczytaniu komentarza powiedział, że planuję przyjechać do Polski w następnym (tu nie jestem pewna) roku. Tyle, niestety, mogę ci powiedzieć, bo, no niestety, jest on usunięty. Chyba, ze się dokopiesz. Jeśli tak, to, proszę podeślij mi, może ja tez coś niedokładnie zrozumiałam. (Btw osobiście twierdze, że to może być wiosenna edycja warszawskiego Comic Conu, ale to tylko moje spekulacje, mogę się mylić).
