Now let me tell you why it took me 30+ minutes to get through a 6 minute clip:

I love my miscommunication tag but healthy version so IMAGINE: Danny Phantom wants to change his costume! It's just a ugly suit that he died in, who wouldn't wanna change that? So he does the only logical thing he can think of; ask Frostbite!
So Danny walk up to Frostbite and asks him "how to change his appearance" cause Frostbite probably doesn't know what clothes is or smtg.
Danny is (as always cause he's the main character of a cartoon) WRONG!! When Frostbite hears that Danny wants to change his appearance, he thinks 'he wants to change his appearance so that he can display that he is the rightful king of the infinite realms!' Cause he obviously knows what clothes is. Frostbite tells Danny to show his loyalty to the throne by doing something brave and Danny doesn't know how ghost culture works, so he does it!
Good news; Danny can now change his ghost form as much as he wishes because he is powerful and can do whatever he wants!
