Gözdé Elira da Sardena has given birth to Şehzades Doğukan, Ejder & Bahtiyar. Elira sadly passed away due to a blood clot.

Zümrüt Hanım Aysel Feride has given birth to Şehzades Hamza & Erkan, and Sultanas Çiçek, Asuman & Nihan. Aysel sadly passed away due to Cardiomyopathy

Kadın Isabella al-Ravennati has given birth to two Şehzades Hadi & Fikret, and a Sultana Pembe. Sadly Isabella passed away due to a heard disease, Pembe has passed away due to Intraventricular Haemorrhage, and Fikret has passed away due to being stillborn
