Ouch. It has been almost two weeks since I exercised the last time. For some reason I‘m having a lot of trouble getting back into ketosis, it seems like my body is on the verge of returning into full keto but for the past week I‘ve just been exhausted. Since I‘m not coughing anymore I decided to go running today in the woods and I was so done after just half an hour... my limbs felt like there was no strength at all left in them. And once I stopped, I had to take a few minutes to recover because I felt like throwing up.
