I finally joined the Sub 25 group for the #echocanyon ascent with a time of 24:51 six days before I level up to 46 years on this planet. What a way to start a birthday weekend! I fly out tomorrow to see my mom and run the #mendonponds30k trail race on Saturday and see my aunt, uncle and cousins on Sunday! We’ll have a nice birthday dinner on Monday which will be #plantbased of course! I post this not for accolades but to show you that age is just a number. I worked hard and sacrificed so much to reach this level and I’m only getting better! I wish I made the switch to a #plantbaseddiet before the age of 45. I could have accomplished so much more but here we are and I’m ready to rock! You can turn things around and get your health back on track no matter how old you are!
