I'm gonna get real with you - this last month has been SHIT. The world has been shit, my eating has been shit, my mental health has been shit, and I haven't DONE shit. This past week was way more positive for me than the whole last month was combined. I started to add better foods to my diet again and I've been killing it with water. What was left was getting back into my exercise groove. I was lazy for a good portion of the morning and afternoon. Then something ticked and I'm like, "I wanna run again." I haven't ran in a few years because of my back injury. I'm scared of hurting it again. But guess what?! The best way to get back into is to get back into it. Doing small intervals, 30 secs jogging slow, one minute walk on this beautiful day. I noticed some steps were too intense so I adjusted and then felt better. I'll find out later if my back hurts if it's ready for my new challenge.
