I broke 133
Hi guys! Today I weighed myself and I am at 132.6! If I stay on track, I can get to 127 by the time I have to go back to school. I know I wanted it to be 125 before, but I know that I'm gaining muscle so I'm okay with 127 by the end of the summer.
SO HAPPY I BROKE MY PLATEU of 133!

I got a new scale (since the other one was about 10 years old) and I weighed myself and it said 136 (the old scale said 133). I'm really disappointed and I don't know what to say...I feel like I've been lied to for so many years. I guess I'm going to have to update my tumblr with this weight...how am I going to get down to 120 by the end of August?!??

Hi guys! I weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 133 (2 pounds down).
I'm running 5-6 times per week for 35 minutes and doing the 30 day squat and ab challenges which I think are making a big difference :) I had chobani yogurt with granola and coconut shreds for breakfast and I'm going to have a salad for lunch.

Can I do it?
I am a little frustrated with myself at the moment because it seems like the weight is coming off so slow. I'm exercising and eating right (I know it's only been about a week and I've lost 1 pound), my body looks slimmer, but I don't see it on the scale. I might be the scale though since it is over 5 years old I'm almost certain.
I'm scared that I won't get down to my goal weight by the end of the summer...at least 120 lbs. 115 is my ultimate goal, but I'd be okay with starting my junior year at 120 and working toward 115 at the university gym.
I know based on my Nike running app that I'm further ahead than last year (as well as I'm less weight than when I started losing the freshman 20 last summer) but I'm still nervous as to whether I can do it.
I'm eating healthier and I'm already less weight than this time last year. I'm 134 lbs right now but I go back to school at the end of August. I guess I'm just fearful that for some reason I won't lose the weight. I know it's silly since I'm exercising and eating right but it scares me that I could be out of shape and have flab forever....
end of rant, had to get it out.
Lifestyle Change
I am so happy that I decided to make a lifestyle change by going gluten free 15 days ago and deciding to eat mostly raw foods at the beginning of this week.
I’ve also made a conscious effort to drink more water!
I feel great and can already see the changes that are happening to my body. I feel slimmer already, more alert, and more in-tune with my body needs. I wish I would have done this last summer when I lost all my weight from freshman year of college. I think if I did, I wouldn’t have gained the 10 pounds that sneaked back up on me this year as a sophomore (at least I didn’t gain the full 15 back this year).
This is the summer that I will change myself for the better.
Side note: For breakfast I had 100 cal chobani yogurt with GF granola and some blueberries. For lunch I had leftovers of the Baja Salad from the Veggie Grill and some sautéed kale with caramelized onions… Yum!
I also bought a 2 speed blender that is specifically for making juices/smoothies that I am excited to try out! If you know of any good recipes leave them in my ask!
Really considering going vegan as well. Need the timing to be right. AND I'M STARTING THE 30 DAY SQUAT AND THE 30 DAY ABS CHALLENGE TONIGHT!
