I am completely, utterly in awe of my mummy today; she went running for the first time since breaking her rib. And despite being in agony the whole way (I asked her if she wanted to walk or turn around so many times, but I get my stubbornness from her, so onwards we went), and despite me having awful bladder and bone pain (I actually pissed myself whilst we were running; fair okay the Amazon incontinence knickers contained the incident 😂👍🏻) we managed our farthest run EVER?!! 🥳🙌🏻🎉 So yeah, I’m super proud of us both 🥰 #proudofus #proudofmymum #proudofmyself #runningwarriors https://www.instagram.com/p/COd5xs6jybh/?igshid=7x3yrx1r592m
