Only good thing about running is a time to reflect. Back on the goal of running 3 times a week. Glad i finished b4 the ran came in. & the house next door is really messed up the roof is bad. looks like mahor damage to the 2nd floor. Homeboy suggested using the nike run coach app. So im suggesting the same to the real runners. I only #Run2BeFit & #Run4AbsOnly. 2day was run 2 miles at a slow pace and last mile at a faster pace.
