     -Herbology- based on common region flora

     -Responsible necromancy

     -Religious studies

     -Dance, Music, and Art

     -History of Russian

     -Practical Magic- everyday spells, and potions

     -Russian as a second language

     - Many language classes, because of the diversity of students

- Magic in Russia is based around common materials, and ingredients

- Has a large number of students who grew up in poverty

- School is open over holidays for students and their families

- Has an orientation before school term so parents can know what their children are studying

- Has a large number of LGBTQ+ students and staff

- Surprisingly liberal

- The dress code is more practical than professional

- Almost every room has a fireplace

-  Nonverbal magic is as common as verbal magic

- Wands are reserved for spells that need more focused energy

- They fly on whole uprooted trees like Bosses

- Supports smaller schools in neighboring countries

- Takes in Muggle borns who weren’t accepted into Durmstrang

- The Russian Government doesn’t know about the Wizard World, any Political figures with magical heritage keep it very secret. This is because of the influence of the Church, and it’s history in Russia

- Rasputin was a Wizard, but he wasn’t popular

- Baba Yaga is somewhere between a historical figure and myth. (She was a real witch, but people have come to doubt her existence because of the stories told about her. These stories are also true, but they predate written Russian history, and Russia itself).

- Baba Yaga is taught in Slavic Mythology, and Russian History

- There’s a translation spell on the school and its neighboring grounds so students can understand each other no matter their language

- Completely craps on educational elitism. Acknowledges, there are different and easier ways to make potions or do spells, and respects that some children learn traditions from their families. Teachers are encouraged to share/ accept different ways that spells can be done.Students are encouraged to question The Establishment^TM
