Thoughts on "The Brothers Grunt"? Specifically, the episode "Close Encounters of the Grunt Kind" (if you haven't watched it there is a compilation on youtube called "Hooked on Grunting")?

It’s a wildly hated cartoon that still makes lists of “worst series ever,” but I think it has uniquely weird 90′s charm and really isn’t as “gross” as people make it out to be. If anything, I think the creator’s later Ed, Edd and Eddy felt more fever-dreamy and uncanny.

Any chance of the masked Godzilla guy appearing in future Wikizilla videos? He seems like a cool fellow.

There’s a 100% chance he’ll appear at G-Fest!

As for the channel, he’s probably a one-off, unless the MonsterVerse continues after Godzilla vs. Kong and gives us enough material for a second timeline video.

You got it backwards, Superman tries to take the fight into space, but Zod takes it back to earth.

No he absolutely does not!  I distinctly remember that part.  Zod flew up, Zack Snyder’s Superman smacked him back down.  It was right up there with Zack Snyder’s Superman tackling Zod into Smallville when they were previously in a cornfield and Zack Snyder’s Superman tackling Zod into a skyscraper on my list of “What the actual fuck?  Why was everyone bitching about the necksnap when THIS SHIT happened before it?” moments.

I make jokes about Zack Snyder’s Superman being a cackling monster, but I am 100% serious when I say that he actively and purposefully endangers people with his actions in this movie.  If there is a route that causes more collateral damage or at least allows more people to die, Zack Snyder’s Superman picks that route.  That’s not me making hyperbole for the sake of humor, that is literally what Zack Snyder put on the fucking screen.

Is it true that there is no merchandise of the pretender from the second live action movie? Or the plant transformer from Beast Machines? Are there other notable characters that didn't get toys?

It’s true! Though it’s not hard to understand why Botanica didn’t get a toy, she was a notable case back in the day - for a show with so small a cast, it was just plain weird and frustrating to have a major character like that not represented in the toyline. But you don’t have to look far to find other characters like her. Animated has some of the most prominent, annoying modern examples, like all of the Constructicons:

And then there are all the fun and unique Robots in Disguise Decepticons who haven’t made it to toy form! Kickback, Scowl, Glowstrike, Saberhorn, Chop Shop, Nightstrike, Octopunch, Clawtrap, Shadelock, Ped, Simacore, Razorpaw, Polar Claw, Malador… I could keep going!! A lot of these guys were one-shot villains, but they were the villains of their own spotlight episodes!

So wich War Of The Monsters monster is your favorite?

Probably Gamera vs. Barugon, but it’s difficult to rate them in relation to one another when all they have in common is a title.

EDIT: Whoops! I read this as you asking which War of the Monsters is my favourite, as in which of the four things of that title is my favourite.

As for monsters in the game, my favourite is probably Togera. I’m a sucker for Godzilla-alikes, and it helps that I play best as him too.
