Recaption by Chandlyr Ellis, it's a modified panel from the story "The Cupid Cut-Up", from "Millie the Model" series (created by Ruth Atkinson), published by Marvel in "Gay Comics" #34 (October 1948).
The first issue of Patsy Walker was published with a cover date of 1945 (it was released on June 30, 1945). The "comic book" version of the character (it was revealed in Millie the Model 103 - cover date July 1961 - and explained in Defenders 89 - cover date November 1980 - that in the Marvel Universe this and other early appearances of Patsy Walker and Hedy Wolfe were comic books that existed on Earth 616 written by Dorothy Walker based on her daughter and her friend) was introduced in Miss America Magazine 2 (cover date November, 1944), the "Real" version was introduced in Millie the Model Comics 103, the first "Modern" appearance in Fantastic Four Annual 3 (cover date October 1965), and the first appearance as the "Super Hero" Hellcat in Avengers 144 (cover date February, 1976). The series ran from 1945 through 1965 with 106 issues. The issue, featuring four Patsy stories, introduced Birdseye Walker, Mrs Wrupp, Mr Borback, Mayor Harvey, John Wolfe, and Tubbs Hale, created by Ruth Atkinson and Christopher Rule.
