Ruben is by no means someone who likes to mingle with people. He sees no problem in locking himself inside the manor 24/7 while conducting his experiments, thank you very much. Which is why it proves all the more annoying when Jimenez forces him to attend the annual charity ball at Beacon in place of his recently murdered deceased father. Ruben is more than reluctant to comply and calls the whole ordeal a waste of time - until a young security guard catches his eye, seeming to be the only one who hates being there just as much as he does.

Maybe there is something to being outdoors after all.

Some thought on the new villian Stefano Obscura:

So, there are multiple things i would LOVE to bring up, thanks to my amazing friend @gothserved for all of the insight.

So lets start this theory up shall we?

We see Stefano a couple times in the trailer...

First off, we see his eye which we get sucked into-- which is very obviously a camera lens. Whereas his other eye looks, almost broken? And that's where his hair covers so hmmmm?

See, his other eye looks to be scarred-- or almost just completely not there at all.

We see stefano stab someone and then the camera-ballerina monster take a picture-- Which right before this Sebastian was told to ‘Appreciate the Art’

So Stefano is obviously trying to show him something, what? Well we’re just going to have to see!

We see Stefano completely freeze time-- which is something Ruvik can do, so it’s odd that he can as well! -- Then Stefano vanishes just as Ruvik could...

We see someone, which I have already assumed it is Stefano taking a picture in a flash of memories,

See, the leather gloves, his eye is covered and only one is showing. MIGHT BE A LONG SHOT BUT IT MAKES A LOT OF SENSE TO ME IF IT IS HIM.

The monster who he is in control of is literally a camera,

which seems like Sebastian is going to get blinded a lot by flashes in the game LOL... But more importantly he’s a photographer-- hmmm... I’m interested to see how this goes now...

Now this is where things slowly start to get interesting because i’m going to be bringing Ruvik into this scenario... Crazy I know but hear me out.

Right before Sebastian is cornered a bunch of crows come to save him with the... White stuff? Regardless The most symbolic thing to me is the crows who always seem to be watching him... So is there someone looking out for Sebastian?

Well, another long shot but on the official website, we see Stefano being pulling into the white stuff as well...

Now, doesn’t that arm look familiar? It’s scarred and definitely not one of lauras, considering we would of seen the long nails... So, Is it Ruvik? I personally think so. Even though Ruvik got out of stem his influence seems to be inside STEM still after he has left-- so is he watching out for Sebastian?

I THINK SO...

Anyway feel free to add onto this! This is just what I've thought on this new Villain.

Sooo I spent 3 days on this because my mate @bassoonplusaccompaniment wasn’t doing to well so I figured I’d draw his fav burnt bacon. Why? Because he is my Ruvik and I want to give him all my love.

Also I promised to draw him Ruvik in “drag" which I failed at sorry :(

So, I finally found time to do this! Took long enough jesus First, thanks a lot to dear @detectivesebcas for tagging me <3. Music is one of my biggest sources of inspiration, and I actually never leave the house without my in ear headphones plugged in so one can say I listen to a lot of songs until the day is done.

Like you, I’ve got varying playlists for each project, and since I’m someone who can’t help but write for many plots at the same time, it was a lil’ difficult to decide which one to post. At last, I chose some of my tew stories, thus a quite old playlist for a Ruseb story I’m still working on and haven’t posted yet (mostly because my brain’s an idiot and has given me scenes for a 20 chapter AU to work with so there) as well as the songs I’ve listened to when I wrote the first two chaps of Gioia added by some lovely tunes I found yesterday to fit my disastrous mood which I make our conversation responsible for by the way sebcas. Bad Coin. Chapter 1/2: The Devil you Know

Ruvik x Sebastian Castellanos. Mature.

Who we are and who we will be, are not two sides of the same coin.

In fact, they are two coins bound together by a ribbon of meddled salt, shaking and rubbing till they melt into one coin, one being, one tearful life. We call this a fair trade, exchanging youth for knowledge, growth for power. An infant’s pacifier for a crown. What most do not take into account is that the heartbeat of past does not stop but becomes the echo of future events, and the pain once felt will feast on regret and bloom back from the hard soil that the fools of humanity deem a soul.

The splinters of Ruvik’s soul come crawling over his neck when he looks into the eyes of the man he should despise, yet cannot help but imagine to frame his face inside the rotten shell of his palms. Hold it. And squeeze.
