With RVB ending I have been going back and watching S10 and the Chorus Trilogy and like,,, do you ever just think about the moment that the blues realized that Church was gone? That he'd left and just not told them?
Because I do. I think about it a lot.
(not ship art)
big fan of cinematic parallels, visual poetry, expressing love in the way others have expressed it towards you, time being circles, etc
not to rvb post AGAIN but i rewatched s10 with a friend (who is a Church and Tex fan so EXTRA FUN) and GOD they really put their whole pussies into that season. it's hilarious watching because i have to try so hard to keep from spoilering (ESP THE LINA TWIST).
And even though i see it coming, i stilled cried with them when epsilon yells at the rnbs and the shot lingers on caboose . we also lost our minds at Wash's bendy straw. we were a mess <333
anyways this is all to say the reds and blues really did NOT have to go help. i just want to go crawl into a ditch and wail because they are the foundest family to ever family in the most nonconventional "i dont know what love is" kind of way and it makes me THROW up to see the contrast of freelancer's "Trust NO ONE" attitude to "we have been at each other's throats for so long we are now family and trust each other so hard that it's not even a question" SOBS
. . .
Roosterteeth. w h y ?
Ooh, ooh! Can you draw the Dakota twins? Something wholesome, possibly as kids or like something around that season 10 post-credit scene?
Dakota fluff!! Learning how to draw North took me more time than I'd like to admit lol
RvB S10
I was doing some thinking about season 10 when something occurred to me.
When Texas and Carolina were going to fight and the Director walked in, he screamed Allison. He didn’t scream in concern for his daughter. He screamed for the shadow of his dead wife.
At first I brushed it off as him being concerned that Carolina was stronger now that she had two AI, but she was also fresh out of implantation and likely weak as a consequence. Maybe you could say he screamed Allison to incapacitate Carolina and Tex, but he sounded scared for Tex.
If you look at it the way it appears—that he prioritized Tex’s safety over Carolina’s—it proves that Carolina was right: Leonard Church really did die when Allison died, and he spent the rest of his life disregarding everything, including his own daughter, in his pursuit of a shadow.
carolina: is thrown off the cliff
sigma: this is so sad meta play despacito
