I can't decide if Jaune will have more or less armour in volume 10.

Cause like, the knightly aesthetic has always been like, his thing. Weiss is a princess, Yang's the cool one, the knight idea has been the main idea around almost all of his combat-ready designs and he's even gotten more and better armour with each new design.

But, the events of the Ever After and being the Rusted Knight, fully decked out in proper knightly armour, were a lot for him. It wouldn't be surprising to find he's not fully comfortable with it anymore. On-top of that, it's not like plate armour is a necessity in the RWBY-verse, see literally everyone else.

To make matters even more complicated, I keep thinking up really cool design and aesthetic ideas for both routes. I can't decide what I like better and/or what I think is more likely going forward.

What are literally anyone else's thoughts?

Problem with RWBY's Faunus Designs

Let's start with the fact that if you like the designs, it's ok! I don't mind your opinions. However, I feel like RWBY's faunus designs feels lazy. It's ironically what's memed on the internet when it comes to anime. Look at Blake and tell me she's not your average Google image cat girl that's on your first result.

Her cat ears look like it's those cheap headbands that you get for a dollar and a half. If you think Blake's bad, you should see the rest of the designs.

They're just humans with extra ears, or limbs with barely anything different. I personally don't think whatever the storyline has aligns with the designs. Why are humans oppressing faunus when the faunus just looks like them with extra set of limbs or barely any physical changes? I also think that the faunus as a race are also put at an advantage, as they have extra set of abilities to; see in the dark, balance body/hang on an object with their tails, and countless abilities that are like an extra to the remotely human body.
