Blake and Yang were out patrolling the walls of Mantle for the night which meant that tonight Weiss was alone with Ruby in their Atlas Academy dorm room.
Ever since they had gotten their licenses they had been on one mission after another and it had been a while since they had a day to rest.
Especially Ruby was signing up for about every mission that was available to her and somehow fit into her schedule and it wasn’t until Weiss had stopped her this morning, fearing that her partner might burn herself out sooner rather than later, that the younger Huntress agreed to taking a break and staying in with her tonight.
Blake, having probably picked up on how Weiss had hoped the two of them could maybe spend at least some time alone, had flashed a soft smile at her when she heard them talking at a little bit of a distance. Only to then quickly drag her own partner to the mission board for the two of them to sign up for an over-night mission.
