Rosewood Readathon for Princess Ever After

Throughout the release of the series I have made a readathon for each new book that has come out. Now as the series ends in February, I have made a readathon with all 4 past books ending the day before the release of Princess Ever After, and STARTING NEXT MONDAY (20th December)

Below is the Calendar (each colour relates to a different book based on the hardback cover colours).

On a single day, the maximum pages you need to read to keep up is 28, the minimum is 18.

it makes me very happy that ellie is also a september baby. and lottie as an august baby makes so much sense tbh.

anyway this chapter is great, i love seeing how lottie acts as a princess, and jamie + the royal fam there to help her out. and as always, connie’s writing is amazing.

in short: somebody give lottie a hug.

PIP Readathon Dates

This is the calendar for when I propose we read/discuss etc. each chapter.

Similar to last year, I found the length of each chapter and built a structured timetable based on the amount we'd read; so we aren't reading 18 pages one day and only 2 the next for example.

that opening? amazing. originally i wrote a long sarcastic comment complaining about how dramatic saskia was but i reread the opening and damn it is good, it really doesn’t deserve my sarcasm. you can really tell how, like, insane saskia is, i love it, connie is a great writer.

we GET IT saskia you’re GAY but maybe if you’d stop obsessing over your ex-girlfriend you’d be able to GET OUT OF FUCKING PRISON.

but anyway this is a great opening to a story, let saskia speak to her master so she can stop being so dramatic pls.
