warnings: food and eating mention, traditional valentines day things (chocolate, flowers, etc), diego being adorable, and i dont think theres anything else?

he's been sheltered away from it, and all of his past relationships were either too short, didn't mean this much, or was with someone who did not care about this stuff

So when he learned you enjoyed valentines day?

he may have slightly panicked.

he did research, that nerd

he searched about the best candy, traditions, etc and he soon realized that people are too mushy for his taste

so he decides something less romantic than a cliff side picnic would work

he buys you a single *insert flower here* and is literally so proud of himself for remembering it was your favorite

he also has a box of chocolates he got from the dollar store because

"al barely pays me, baby, I'd get you everything if i could but I had like 2 dollars to spare outside of what I'm doing for dinner so-"

he takes you to some bar and grill that's just on the edge of fancy

like it's a bar right

but also it's slightly more expensive than diego would normally pay so

✨fancy✨

he lets you order whatever you want because yeah he says he has enough for whatever you get on the menu

and you probably joke about how he could have gotten you better chocolates

he sheepishly smiles and tells you to shut up

the rest of the night you eat and talk about anything and everything

and then at the end of the night

before you return home

either to his boiler room, or your place, or wherever you may be going that night

he walks with you around the park to look at the stars

its soft and sweet and he probably tries to say some sort of mushy stuff that he's not good at

like "i love you a lot, yknow that? i know i dont say it as much as i should but i really do."

and "i appreciate you and everything you do"

and "thank you for putting up with me"

you say whatever you need to say to him and he walks you home

its a good day and night to be his partner

not that every other day is bad, but this was particularly special.

Hello! You mentioned your magic wheel of dialogue prompts - does that thing exist or am I taking things too literal here?

Just discovered your blog, gonna be raiding and reading now 😉

Hi!! First, welcome I'm so glad you liked the fic you read enough to stick around!!

Also, it's an actual thing! There's a website called wheel of names where you can make custom random wheel spinners and i have one that I just made a little bit ago with just dialogue prompts that I took from tumblr, so when I spin it one is chosen for me!

I also have one I call the Wheel of Touch which is the same thing but with touch prompts instead (like 'a kiss on the forehead' or 'touching their arm to get their attention') and also one with just prompts in general that aren't just dialogue.

I also put the marvel characters I write into one so I could spin it and write one at random if I want to!

I think I can share the link to the wheels but I'm always changing them and always adding more and removing some so it's never really a finished wheel (other than maybe the character one and the touch prompts one) and id recommend making one to your tastes if you ever want to do it!

I'm also open to doing requests that way where someone gives me a character or fandom or something and I use my wheel generators to get random stuff ! That could be fun!

tbh these mostly avoid canon.

Bolded ones are my favorites out of these but I love them all

Murphy & Bellamy having a room with a big window because murphy likes staring out of it.

Bellamy giving Murphy piggy back rides around The Ring.

Bellamy always listening to Murphy's opinions and ideas no matter how stupid murphy thinks they are

Bellamy trying to rig up things for Murphy whenever murphy has a problem with something. Like if Murphy's board he'll tape a string to the ceiling idk Murphy's enough of a cat for that

Murphy learning how to braid hair from someone and then braiding Bellamy's longer hair

Bellamy making jokes because now they've switched hair styles kind of and Murphy laughs and is like my hair was never that long?? And bellamys like that's not the point okay the point is your hair used to be longer than mine and now mine is longer than yours it's funny laugh

Murphy sometimes feeling really stuck up there and bellamy tries to make him feel as comforted as possible while also giving him as much space as he needs so he doesn't feel trapped.

Sometimes the just... Stay in their room and cuddle. Days on the ring can get boring an uneventful so why not cuddle?

Murphy's coma hit Bellamy hard. He blames himself even though everyone tell him there's nothing he could have done. Bellamy sits at his bed side the whole time. He sleeps there, eats there, etc. He doesn't leave his side often at all unless it's necessary

Murphy helping Bellamy mourn Clarke (because even if someone doesn't hip them I think bellamy DID mourn clarke even if just in a friend way or whatever) and helping him deal with not knowing how octavia is doing.

They're just....... Space boyfriends.

hello regarding the agreed-upon headcanon that murphy curls up into small spaces when he’s sad, i would like to offer the idea of (in a modern au) him being upset and bellamy building a pillow fort for the two of them to curl up in there and cuddle until murphy feels better.

Murphy wouldn't know about it either, Bellamy will send him to take a shower and he'd pick out comfy pajamas for Murphy to put on after! And then when Murphy would walk into the living room he'd see the thrown together fort and he'd immediately cheer up a bit and yeah AHHH

And then s6's hair is really good too?? Like it just has shaved side look which is EEEE
