She also descends from the Coffin whaling family, most notably the cannibals from the ship Essex of Nantucket, and the basis for the book, "Moby Dick." She counts the Babysitter's Club as definitive canon in the childcare fiction oeuvre. She also writes for Old School Game Show. Three of the above statements are true.
