A sea of spoja lorda, small ravioli pasta from Ravenna. I made this one's with rye flour, a flour that was used a lot in the classic cucina povera tradition: the pasta in this picture, the way I made it and the ingredients I've used, was something that was eaten in the special days by the peasants of the past.
