omg i was just thinking of him as u sent this.... Ryran is my dear little slightly deranged gay but nobody wants him catboy with 4 eyes who nearly escaped being killed by a mafia organization. luckily he isnt as stressed out anymore ever since he left that moon (mañierah). as of E447 hes in low space orbit over Areeah working at a motel/antique shop with his oddballish besties as a navigator and curator. The Mañierhan mafia is still looking for him though but don't tell him bc he's in a really good space right now mentally and it would really bring him down :(

🪤 MOUSE TRAP - what will always lure them into certain danger? a loved one in danger? a promise of something they are always searching for?
+ Caramella: Her own curiosity gets her into a lot of trouble. She doesn't really Get the notion of privacy and will probably read your diary and explore your house as long as you don't explicitly ask her not to. Obviously people don't really like this about her but maybe they just shouldnt have written their diary using such vibrant and expressive language????
+ Mallory: She's really protective of her friends but also she needs to take a step back. There's a part of her that thinks she knows the best for everyone which can turn into a problem when somebody isn't exactly asking for advice. It all comes from good intentions.
+ Ryran: DEFINITELY a desire for fame. He thrives off of being popular and well known, but he has to be secretive bc of the Mañierhan mafia's efforts to track him down. These two things are both very important to him so they clash occasionally. Additionally: the trips he goes on with his friend and crewmate Eva always end up in the wrong place in the wrong time but in the end they make it out every time :)
🎵 MUSIC NOTE - what is their playlist like? their favourite artists? do you associate a particular song with them?
+ Caramella: It's honestly so sad how Hyperpop doesn't exist in E447 Citadel because I KNOW it would activate something in her brain. But for now she listens to the church hymns in the village house and imagines her favorite cartoon characters dancing to them. She isn't allowed to listen to the radio because her parents say it'll give her a 'demonic influence'.
+ Mallory: She gets most of her music taste from the radio. She likes music she can dance to but also tells a story, but above all is sort of corny, so that means she'd probably LOVE the song Want U Back by Cher Lloyd. Think like... late 2000s and early 2010s
+ Ryran: Ryran likes songs he can yell along to and cry to with his friends like that scene from midsommar. Luckily for him, if he's in the right mood, he can cry and yell along to anything. Even Want U Back by Cher Lloyd. The song Alterlife by Rina Sawayama always reminded me of him too :]
🥞 PANCAKE - what is their comfort breakfast?
Ryran always makes it a whole thing to have breakfast every day. Usually it's biscuits and flavor packets but every now and then he eats fruit from the spaceship greenhouse :)
🎂 BIRTHDAY CAKE - when is their birthday? do they like celebrating it?
Ryran doesn't know his date of birth unfortunately :( he wishes he had a birthday party but he never really brings it up
🍟 FRIES - do they order food often? or they prefer to cook their own food?
You'd think that in space order-able food is hard to come by but since he's in low orbit he often stops by the official Areehan space station where there's lots of restaurants. Generally, though, food that comes from Citadel tastes better and less dry. Most of the time though he takes turns cooking food for the rest of the crewmates.
☕️ HOT BEVERAGE - do they prefer hot or cold drinks? what is their favourite drink?
He prefers warm drinks. Space is generally pretty cold. His favorite drink is something he's had only one time in his whole life, when he was around 11, some kind of smoothie made out of fish and vegetables. it was SO good and he's been trying to find it for ages but he hasn't yet.
🍓 STRAWBERRY - do they eat their fruit & veg? what is their favourite fruit or vegetable?
Ryran does eat his fruits and veggies. It's either fresh from the greenhouse or freeze-dried and prepackaged from the space station. His favorite fruit is strawberries (but the kind so genetically modified and selectively bred that they're more of their own thing compared to the strawberries that grown on Earth). His favorite vegetable is, of course, the Sahrillhan tumbleweed.
🍰 CAKE SLICE - favourite cake flavour? are they specific about types of cakes?
Ryran hasn't had cake in so long but if he had to choose it'd probably be one of those really powdery bittersweet cake cubes that only seem to be sold at fancy spaceports.
🍧 SHAVED ICE - do they still have any objects from their childhood? what significance does it have to them? what would their reaction be if they lost it?
Ryran is very particular about the few objects he still has from before he left home. He grew up for the most part in a large boarding school, so what he's saved is small drawings and diaries from that time. This is half of the reason why he has a filing cabinet right next to his bed in his ship quarters. If he lost the drawings and diaries and papers he'd feel like a whole part of his soul got taken out of him with a freezing cold shovel. Luckily that's a very unlikely thing to happen...
