Illyana Rasputin in X-Men: Age of Revelation Infinity Comic #4
So in this story, after Illyana's death, both her human half and the Darkchilde get sent to Limbo. But separately, somehow. Is it ever explained how S'ym is controlling the Darkchilde here? Just her being weakened because of the separation?
I guess it was more important to find ways to show Illyana as a kinky sexy slave girl than to worry about stuff like that.
I would also point out that even when completely in Belasco's thrall as a child, Illyana never spoke this obsequiously to her masters, and to make either her or the Darkchilde do it now... you can pretend later on in your story that it was just to manipulate Belasco and S'ym, but realistically it would only make them suspicious. We know this was for the audience. Or at least a specific and hopefully imagined corner of it.
