My rambling of headcanons and details under cut

He has a cross on his apron similarly to the raincoat (cause it's difficult to have a cross on you when you get YEETED 50FT into the air) it's also an embroidery

His makeup and mask is removed as a way to symbolize him being truthful (not hiding his Identity behind a mask)

He actually struggles with this domain more than sinrow cause I head canon that domains severity scales with how guilty you are to the sin. (The taller they are the harder they fall sort of way)

Since he's a magician he's made to face the truth that he's not some magnificent being but just another human.

He feels a shamed of how plain he is so he always wears to Identity "artful" as a way to escape his dull life (that is also why I like to think koo koo is so aggressive towards him)

Yes he HATES that his makeup is removed but after FINALLY felling the domain he finally come to terms with his Identity as Jean and prefers that Genesis/God calls him his real name instead of artful

Also fun fact I found out artful's wiki: Jean is actually the french version of the name John (artful real name is literally John but french) 🤣
