Hanssen to Jac (s13e34): Surströmming. It’s a Swedish delicacy. Herring, fermented to the point of putrefaction. It exudes an odour so strong that it must be eaten outdoors. (The only explanation I would accept as to why Jac wasn’t there)
SN: I have been waiting 6 years worth of episodes for Hanssen to actually eat something, and it has to be this weird tin of fish
