Okay. Thank you ‘unknown’ for bringing this ‘glitch’ to my attention and thank you @peacemaker-ic for a solution!
I have never seen these seams on my other creations, but I noticed them in S4S on this particular mesh. I tried to regroup and smooth (yes, I still use Milkshape), but nothing seemed to change it. The NVIDIA fix (here and here) removes the problem all together so I simply moved on unaware of what it looked like with the anti-aliasing fix off. Not everyone has this solution and it is an annoying problem if you don’t have the fix, or worse - can’t fix it.
I believe this removes the majority of the seams (I can still see very faint seams at the vertical edges, but none across the flat faces). Unseemly seams seemingly fixed. Download just the fix at the original post here. Or if you haven’t yet downloaded this set - question your choices and then simply download the updated zip file without hesitation.
