Now that you said it, in IDWLF when taylor sings "I'm sitting eyes wide open and I got one thing stuck in my mind, wondering if I dodged a bullet or just lost the love of my life" is similar to the lyrics on the 1 I, "I persist and resist the temptation to ask youIf one thing had been different, would everything be different today?" Like, how in both songs she is reminiscing this great love that could be potentially "the one" for her, but things happened and she lost him

It’s been years and she’s still not sure. I’ll say it: @taylorswift Harry Styles is the one. You’re the one for him. And every day you stall facing this truth and skirt around it, you have less of a chance of ending up with him. You can either choose to end up with someone you love (which is fine, too, but you have a temperament that guarantees you can grow to love & see the best in anyone bc that’s just who you are), or you can fight like Hell to be with your soulmate. Someone who gets you and is in sync with you in rare ways. Please. I’m getting tired of writing open letters and Harry’s comments about wanting to settle down are giving me mini-strokes.
