Purposely bridged the gap with my Bobro riser- two screws in rail slots and two in receiver slots. With the 1-10 this was the best eye relief for me anyway using a new prototype buttstock from BCM. First group is 5 rds slow fire from 100 yds prone (no bag, no rest) and easily still sub 1 MOA and actually smaller size than when scoped is mounted traditionally by 1/8 MOA. Second group is 5 rds rapid fire standing to prone from 100 yds (no bag, no rest) and a 1.25 MOA group, again smaller size than when mounted traditionally.
