A late post today from the City of Roses since I slept in late. The downside of moving back to civilization after living in a cabin in the woods for five months is there is artificial light everywhere. It's messing with my sun-linked circadian rhythm, resulting in all-nighters like last night. I was awake until six in the morning thinking about getting my life together and ended up starting a witchy bullet journal. This is the first page, an excerpt from Henry Adams Bellows' translation of the Hávamál with a dedication to My Lady. It is the part about when he right time for things is, a part of thankfulness and advice to sustain a better life. It's not my favorite translation, but 2019 is the year of just getting it done and not waiting until the stars align (metaphorically, I absolutely wait for the stars to align in reality. I am a superstitious witch, after all).
