sumayyah sorry for having a mortch breakdown on your page but Derek is the first person to call out Hotch in the Angel Maker about his hearing. He also takes up doing paperwork with Hotch after his stint as unit chief just so Hotch could make it home to Jack.
Derek is like the only person who ever pushes with Hotch, probably because he knows he can, and the only person that Hotch will let do that to him. Except maybe Rossi but
