For those of you who don't care about my obsession with Realm of the Elderlings, here's my sad lamp

Does anyone here use a daylight lamp? Not a wakeup light, but a daylight/SAD lamp? If so, could you tell me your reviews? Also in terms of how comfortable it is on the eyes, do you get overstimulated by the light, etc.

does anyone with LED triggered migraines have experience with SAD lamps? I don't wanna fork over thousands for a superpowered turbo migraine generator but i have to assume they considered that? are they maybe higher quality LEDs that don't flicker? idk
