uhhh - when I fixate on something and get anxious I try to think of 3 happy things/places id be with people I love (celebrities, crushes, etc) and I know what might work for me might not for you but I hope you can beat the anxious thoughts away! whatever it is I hope you trust someone enough to talk about it (and if you don't want to maybe turn to a super funny video or try to think about standing perfectly straight/still) I hope this helps love!
