Spotlight: Teena Borek!
I met Teena while volunteering at the Coconut Grove Art Festival at the Culinary Demonstration Tent last year and had the pleasure of working with her again this past weekend. Fair Warning: You will hear me talk about this woman again in months to come because she is FANTASTIC! If everyone had a fraction of her passion, we could truly preserve our local farms and have a huge impact on food culture locally and across the nation.
