Going back to this idea by anon, if you see this I appreciate you, mwah, what if instead of ulti showing up for act 2 and doing all the crazy stuff I theorized they’re saved for act 3 because….. well they were taken by first egg, and we know she’s gonna use them and manipulate them but first

Ultimate puts on a disguise to get closer to gingerbrave, and it works since only gingerbrave knows the ultimate cookie is alive and what they look like, after getting gingerbrave completely alone and defenseless they show their true self and kidnap gingerbrave

then gb is missing, suddenly a note is given to the oven gang that reads “if you want gingerbrave so badly, then you must come and play my games! And bring the ancients and that souljam cookie with you -the ultimate cookie attached with a picture of gingerbrave all tied up”

the trailer shows the many games tuc has for them and at the end the title screen that the background is a huge maze, the main game, tuc is in the top middle with first egg above them, then gb on the middle right looking away from the camera and to the middle left is buckwheat cookie, net cookie and saffron cookie (they’re obviously here for sabotage and trickery) then at the bottom is the ancients, strawberry cookie, and Wizard that they’re at the start of the maze. The episode name would be called “challenges of isolation and despair” and tuc will be the one to say “now let us begin these fun little games, cookie run: kingdom!”
