Hormone Update

After three weeks on hormones the most noticeable differences in my life are that I have more intense mood swings, I want to cuddle 150% more, my penis flies at half mast frequently. Also my nipples are significantly more sensitive and sore, with small changes in shape and size (only I can notice the difference lol)

phone addiction struggles

i have been dealing with an unhealthy obsession with my phone, i would stay on it for hours and hours. i would refuse to do homework, eat, or even move. i have been working on it as of recently and i am hoping that people will be able to learn from my struggles. because of my unique mental health state certain things don’t work for me. even tho i could clearly admit my unhealthy obsession, i didn't know how to actually help it. i was worried that if i didn't respond to someone immediately they would stop being my friend. that’s why i began to stay on my phone for hours without talking to a single person ever. the first thing i learned to help me get off my phone for even a few hours was to actually spend time with people. one of the reasons i spend so much time online is because i felt so alone in my physical existence. PEOPLE MAKE ME HAPPY!!!
