Brown & Blackbelt class. We took the intensity down a notch and did work on Sai. Went through 20 of each of our drills. 3 drills in all. Then dis Sai 1. I made it all the way through the Kata tonight. Huzzah. Happy for that.

Also, I freaking love Sai Kata. It really feels strong and like I’m kicking someone’s butt with it. I need a lot of work on the weapon manipulation with my hands, but it’ll come.

Weapons. We worked on weapons today, specifically the Sai. We reviewed our weapon drills and then learned the first 6 moves of Sai 1 Kata. Good class.
