Personality: Saii has a stone-cold exterior that shows little to no emotion. However, underneath that nonchalant face, lies a sensitive crybaby that sheds her tears behind closed doors.
For the most part, Saii is a patient and reserved woman. She prefers things to go at a slow and quiet pace as that's when her head can function properly.
Despite coming from a family that is surrounded by cruel people, Saii is a selfless woman. She tends to prioritise others' needs before her own, thus unconsciously harming her mind with the mindset of her considering herself to be "nobody important."
How did they met? : Saii and Jack were in a mutual marriage of convenience. Jack gets to live undercover with a stable financial life and Saii gets to live under the supervision and protection of someone. Initially , they were like strangers who happened to share the same roof, respecting each others' spaces and minding their own business. However, feelings started to bloom when they gradually learned about each other and share their interests.
How is their relationship like? : After the feelings blossomed, both of them enjoy quiet and intimate quality time. In the mornings, they would have tea alongside their reading session. In the afternoons, they would paint or for each other. It doesn't have to be a world-class masterpiece, as this is just a casual paint time. At night, they would look up at the stars through their balcony or slow dancing to the dim-lit candle in their bedroom.
Jack likes to give Saii words of affirmation. Words are his second best weapon, one that had helped him endure life. Because of Saii's self-deprecating mindset, Jack made it his mission to at least praise her 3 times a day. A simple "Your beauty matches no other" or "The sun shines brighter in your eyes" are the normal ones he uses the most.
Meanwhile, Saii expresses her affection through acts of service. She would bake pies for him, serve tea, iron his clothes or massage him. Many would argue that these are just the normal duties of a wife, but Saii would shrug them off and say that she's not good with spoken words.
