Kani Stick Salad Sushi is a refreshing and flavorful sushi roll featuring imitation crab sticks, crisp cucumber, creamy avocado, and a spicy mayo sauce.
Ingredients: 4 nori seaweed sheets. 2 cups sushi rice, cooked. 8 kani sticks imitation crab sticks, halved lengthwise. 1 cucumber, julienned. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Soy sauce, for dipping.
Instructions: Put a piece of nori on top of the bamboo sushi mat. Cover the nori sheet with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Place half of the cucumber slices, avocado slices, and kani sticks along the edge of the rice's bottom. Start at the bottom edge of the bamboo mat and roll the sushi tightly. Do it again with the rest of the nori sheets and ingredients. Put Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together. Cut each sushi roll into six pieces. Spread the spicy mayo on top of the sushi rolls. Add sesame seeds on top. You can dip them in soy sauce.
