While some other towns in Catalonia are making flower carpets to celebrate Corpus, Sallent takes it to a next level with its enramades.
Every year on the day of Corpus, this small town in Central Catalonia has the tradition of decorating whole streets. The tradition is documented since the year 1325 and continues to be celebrated year after year. The festivities also includes dancing, music, and other activities.
