Do you cook for yourself or for your family? I used to cook a lot for myself. Every week I would try a new recipe, new ingredients. I would take a walk to the local market so I can buy healthier produce, smell the fruits before buying them, and so on. Then I started to have less and less time for that (which, to be honest, unless they’re a food reviewer / blogger / photographer, very few people have time for that). Then I started to freeze meat and vegetables in batches and automate the coking so it takes me as little time as possible. Now I don’t have time for that either, so we’re ordering food every day. But I’m not complaining. I get to try different stuff that I wouldn’t normally cook (like Thai or Indian food).

Korean style tortilla (cooking)

Arranged Mexican tortillas. The ingredients are cheese, sausage, dak galbi,cherry tomato, and cabbage. Roll these up and microwave for 2 minutes. Hot and melts.
Note: Dakgalbi is a Korean dish consisting of vegetables and chicken seasoned with gochujang. It's spicy and I used it as a substitute for Mexican salsa sauce.
韓国風トルティーヤ（料理）
メキシコ料理のトルティーヤをアレンジ。具材はチーズ、ソーセージ、タッカルビ、キャベツ。これらを巻いて電子レンジで２分。熱々でとろける。
注：タッカルビは、韓国料理で、野菜と鶏肉を調味料：コチュジャンなどで和えた食材。辛みがあり、メキシコのサルサ・ソースの代用にした。
