Indulge in the delicious combination of crispy shallots, savory bacon, and creamy Brie cheese with a sweet and tangy date aioli. This burger is a gourmet delight that's perfect for any burger enthusiast!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of Brie cheese. 8 strips of crispy bacon. 1 cup thinly sliced shallots. 2 cups vegetable oil for frying. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1 tablespoon sweet date syrup. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the ground beef, and then form it into 4 burger patties. The bacon should be cooked in a pan over medium heat until it gets crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Use the bacon grease from the pan to fry the sliced shallots until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. To fry, heat vegetable oil to 350F 175C in a separate large pot or skillet. To make the sweet date aioli, put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. The burger patties should be grilled or fried until they're done the way you like them, which is usually about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Put a slice of Brie cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. In a toaster or on the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they're just barely browned. Spread a lot of sweet date aioli on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. On top of the aioli, put a burger patty with Brie cheese. Then, add two strips of crispy bacon and a handful of crispy shallots. If you want, you can decorate it with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Then put the other half of the bun on top. Feel free to eat the Crispy Shallot, Bacon, and Brie Burger with Sweet Date Aioli right away.
