Washington is lost. Hopelessly, hopelessly lost. He should probably just ask someone where it is. Thankfully, he’s learned not to wear his full body armor out in public. His helmet stays with him though. He hasn’t shown anyone else his face in years, he’s not starting now.

He sees a random person on the street and stops them.

“Hey, sorry. I’m new here. And… do you know where the cat shelter is…?”

Perhaps he invited stares – perhaps he did so consciously, perhaps he was pitiful for that – but this guy... was beginning to make him uneasy. Wanting attention, wanting company, after all, didn’t usually include the level of intensity this guy was exuding. Lui shifts, uncomfortable. Did he... want something?

He glances down to type out a message on his phone, before holding it out for the guy to read, a placating smile on his face.『 hey, is something the matter???? if i’m in the way, i can totally move. i just, only just got here and stuff, wwww 』

The technology of this place was truly fascinating. While she had certainly made leaps and bounds with her own inventions. But even so, the most fascinating thing thus far was the strange device on the man before her. They almost looked like some sort of antenna. 

But she was careful to remember the manners that devil of a butler (oh, if only she knew) had drilled into her head. She gave Woolfram a little nudge, and the sheep sped up a little to catch up to the male.

“Excuse me, sir, if you don’t mind,” she began, smiling politely. “May I inquire about the device on your head? Is it some sort of thought based device? Or perhaps an advanced information retrieval system that brings it directly to your brain?” 

Well, no matter what, there was no putting a leash on that curiosity of hers. Especially coupled with the fact that 90% of her impulse control wasn’t present.

This salt mine can now be taken off-hiatus! On the other hand, can I request another 2 weeks for Shino? I'm still taking time to get used to my new schedule this school term & I'd be lying if I say I'm not dying already. Thank you for understanding!

I see, I see! Fair trade. I think that’s alright. You’re the first Shino we ever had.. what if we lost you? That would be a tragedy. Therefore, Saiki has been taken off hiatus for you and Shino’s hiatus lasts until July 9th!

Settling into a new place was...certainly strange, but she was making do with what she was given. It wasn’t so bad, she supposed, but she was still looking forward to seeing if this place had an ocean. Or at least a lake. But so far, what might have been the strangest part so far--aside from all the sheep running business and teaching...was the boy before her with such a vibrant appearance. She’d...never seen anyone with hair that--well, that was a lie, sort of. Key West got pretty wild sometimes.

“I, um...pardon me, but are you...some kind of alien?” she asked, then immediately pressed her hand to her mouth. “Wait, that sounds so rude!” Cue the internal panic.
