Dave Wittenberg: Sam Franklin, Ed DeLuca, James Ramsey, Mall Announcements. Voiced Teddie (the OG Persona 4), as well as: Katsuya Suou, Captain Shimazu, and "Elly's Stalker" who I believe is Makoto Kuwahara? (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment).
I have to skip over Dead Rising 2, Case Zero/West, and OTR. I was going to put all of those into one post, but I actually could not find a single Persona voice actor in any of them!
