i need people specially fellow autistics to stop treating autism as a superpower
Starting to think I have chronic fatigue syndrome and that's why my sleep is screwed up, but going to have to wait until I have the dammed appointment
Also if anyone has tips for dealing with routine changes and how to make new routines when you lose others... please? Share? I can't find anything online and everyone I've asked just tells me I should learn to deal with my feelings, but I literally just stay inside all day and watch videos when I don't have a routine and it's not healthy at all
Literally all I want in life is an autism diagnosis, I can't live without accommodations anymore
