So because this month I’ve been getting back into Team Fortress 2, which is another one of my fandoms, I looked on Robin Atkin Downes’s Wikipedia page because of the fact that Medic is my TF2 blorbo. And what should I find in his list of voice acting credits but a mention of him having been in an episode of the original Ben 10, as Jonah Melville in the episode The Krakken.

The show was a core part of my primary school years, to the point where when I was there I ran around with one of those shitty magazine Omnitrixes calling myself Jen 10, and I've recently been rediscovering it (it's nearly as old as me). So I immediately had to investigate this for myself, and what I found by combing through Jonah's scenes was that sure enough, Robin's been lurking in my childhood all along, for all these years-

The sinister snarl he puts on in his voice as Jonah is a dead giveaway, but I think you can hear Medic in him the most evidently when he shouts “MY EGGS!” Either way, from what I’ve learned - which this is an extension of - it seems that Robin really is everywhere in the world of voice acting lmao.
