If you guys don’t recognise me from Instagram then hey I’m little my 92 and finally I have a Tumblr account here. I’ll post art headcannons answering questions and a bunch of other wacky fandom stuff. That make the brand of a normal person explode or something out of a bee horror movie ldk

I accidentally made both Angie and Moxie have similarities like the show which is a weird coincidence but hey I’ll take the extra nickels anyways. But the thing is angels dad tried to kill her and she acted self defence while Moxie‘s dad is just an old man with deeply in grain misogyny who has the best intentions but ultimately fails like a lot of real people when it comes to their children trans or not.

I haven’t gotten into the specifics but in my version the class system in hell is way more strict and way more obvious compared to show where it’s very vague unless they have to use it for like romantic drama. Imp are the lowest only really been a step above hell hounds who are basically slaves along long time ago it used to be enforced by the law but now it’s more of a cultural thing that they are expected to do nothing but kill and be the worker drones that basically gets sent out to do grunt work that other species can’t bother to do because they have more specific powers. Moxie and Crimson are some of the biggest exception to the rule as there are some the highest ranked imp in all of hell because of how dedicated crimson is the serving the mafia. Which means Moxie is very sheltered and doesn’t understand a lot of the real struggles going on in society but even with that level of privilege they are still an expectation to be just a killer alongside Crimson wanting Moxie to be more violent as both a way to show him being more tough and to give him a better security in life so even if Moxie doesn’t really like to kill at least people and creatures that he deemed to be innocent enough he still has to do it.

Also musical theatre is a very hard job to get into regardless of your privilege so that’s another added point to why he’s forced to be an assassin.

But Moxie loves musical theatre he adores it to death classically trained singer and since he has connections to the rich he got the chance to see human world musicals on like DVDs compared to the rest of the cast. Moxie has a very particular interest in the human world same with Luna, Blitz and Millie both see it as a weird place where they can get money and human bodies from but otherwise boring and gross.

Also Angie and Moxie would not get along in any form of personalities are two different. They would probably have a massive argument over music and scratch each other‘s faces off like cats bro hate pop music especially that kind of techno overly sexual bubblegum stuff from the mid 2000s and early 2010s which is Angie‘s main genre. An angel thinks musicals are boring and too gay for her the only one she ever cared about was Moulin Rouge and I was because she could actually recognise the songs in it but didn’t get to see it until like a couple years ago on a boot leg.

My helluva boss redesign Moxie.

I actually do like Moxie quite a bit being the straight man who gets tortured by the world for having common sense. It’s a character archetype I’ve always liked and related to my problem is that the show often treats him a little too cruelly like beyond levels of normal butt monkey shenanigans and straight up going into sexual harassment and dumping him down to make him look like a bigger dweeb than he already is alongside that unhappy campus is just a garbage episode which ruined so much of his character that it’s hair pulling inducing.

My version is pretty close to the original I just wanted to change a couple things around for example he’s trans and chubby and has a pretty different relationship with both Millie and his father with Millie they’re not in a relationship. At all and said he has a big fat crush on her which it’s also filled with jealousy over her being more masculine than him while Millie just sees him as a weirdo dork and has no feelings towards him because she’s gay, while with Crimson their relationship still not good but it’s less toxic man original it’s more built around misogyny and the expectations of men. Crimson started to treat Moxie better when he transitioned which led to him having a lot of confusing feelings around his identity I wanted to explore a different kind of experience that rarely get shown plus Crimson’s original character is just angel does his dad and it’s dumb.

Also him and Chaz are now a couple they don’t get together until later but they have a very close relationship bickering friends who can perfectly guess what the other is doing because they know each other too well to the point it’s frustrating I wanted to give him some kind of win because he pretty much gets dog piled on by the world constantly it’s nice to have someone in his corner.

Thank you for coming back and asking me questions it’s highly appreciated.

I haven’t actually rewritten any episodes I’ll probably do that when I figure it out all the characters and changes to the world building. I have vague ideas but nothing near concrete I have only really focus on rewriting characters and their designs.

The main reason why I do this is because it’s fun and it’s a good way of expressing my creative muscles I look at media. I have problem with and I try to analyse what I would do which helped me be a better critical thinker but I don’t have actually any real like vitriolic hatred towards the shows. I have some problems and really need to be addressed like how they treat sexual assault victims and Brandon being racist but no actual hate I just do it for the fun of it.

Also Luna in my version is actually a teenager she’s 14 because I do agree a lot of her character makes so much more sense being younger but I’ll get into that when I post her as for Octavia I haven’t sorted her out yet.

Also, Millie and Moxie are not in relationship here I’ll get into more detail about it with their post but I’ve changed Millie‘s character a lot and Moxie has a big fat crush on her that never gets reciprocated cause she’s a lesbian. 

I’m trying not to spoil my own stuff so just be patient hopefully it’s worth it 💖

I think "skill issue" would be that one desperately needed missing puzzle piece in Moominpappa's vocabulary but also Moominpappa would be 30% more insufferable with it.

Anyway, then he started started accusing everyone of having skill issues for things they have no control over-

Helluva boss redesign Blitz.

So I finally got around to doing the other show even if I do think it’s a lot better than hazbin doesn’t mean they’re still problems that I want to work on in my own writing exercise and for my first victim I chose Blitz.

I frankly find his character annoying, I know he’s intentionally meant to be this impulsive jackass but it gets to a point where it’s just irritating if it wasn’t for his relationship problems he would be a very boring character that. I want hit with a frying pan to make him shut up doesn’t help that his voice actor has also done some very question things that I do not condone in anyway which makes me view him with more of a sour tone.

So I told him down making his personality and designed more of a sloppy sketchy car salesman or that weird uncle that has 1 million stories about the crazy shit he has done. He’s very much a average Joe. He doesn’t have a lot of money and it shows I actually like his design but I think it’s a little too fantastical for a character that is meant to be very poor and marginalise who can’t afford nice robes and fancy looking gloves so I just made him normal which also adds to the comedy of the show with a bunch of deplorable assassins treating their job like it’s nothing. He’s very greedy and slimy sharp with his tongue and his claws but with a secret caring side it only really comes out for his daughter and occasionally Fizz.

Not to get too much into the story, but I want the show to be way more of a comedy with emotional moments and a tiny bit of serialisation mostly for character arcs I want to be very wacky edgy and stupid characters getting into crazy scenarios with a lot of political commentary around discrimination and capitalism. More in the vein of classic adult swim shows like Aqua teen, adventure brothers and moral orel. Not the overly dramatic will they won’t they were rom com it has turned into and I actually like that stuff and I think it’s gotten way too out of hand the Bigfoot s short should’ve been an early episode.

Happy 7th anniversary Rocko’s modern life static cling 🎉

Man time flies by quickly I was 11 years old when this came out in 2019 and I’m gonna be 19 this October isn’t that fucking insane. The special has inspired a lot of my creative output and for being one and the most explicit and positive betrayals of a trans character in not only cartoons but in general media which is even more important nowadays than it was back then.

Trans lives matter and have a special that showed a trans woman as being flawed complex and worthy of love is so important thank you Joe Murray and the team for creating the special I know you went through hell to put it out there but it really inspired me and a lot of other people to do their own stuff.
