I'm a big fan of Victim suffering from some sort of identity crisis because xe never really got to live before getting wiped off the face of the planet

Also it's been a hot minute since I did any song based AvA drawings, what did I used to call them? I know it was Jukebox Night (completely stole that name from my time in the hermitcraft fandom) and I think Stick Figure Shuffle?

This time featuring the "Dark Lord" being a FREAK (affectionate) and scaring his date

The pose itself is based off of a scene from Tom Cardy's comedy song called "Red Flags". Which is a song that has no right to be as good as it is considering what is being sung asldkgjlsdg

It's great, highly recommend if you like weird, catchy music

If you're familiar with the style of comedy Tom Cardy's music has, you know what I'm talking about

If MT was given the chance to become a king again without causing havoc would he do it?

Hoo HOOO!

Not gonna lie anon, I've been staring at this ask for a while debating whether or not I want to answer it now or after I get done with "In the Week that Follows"

Because one of the chapters is gonna explore a little bit into King's past (and more specifically how King got Gold)

But that being said, it wouldn't hurt to delve a little bit into my own headcanon for King

So here's what I'm thinking,

King's name/title is King because he's from an old abandoned/unfinished medieval Flash game from the early 2000s. Eventually, an outside stick figure breaks into the game and offers the sticks inside freedom and a way into the Interspace world. From there King starts his new life and gains a baby along the way, but that's a story for another time

So yeah, that's how I think King's backstory goes

And to answer your question, if he was given the chance to go back to being a king, I don't think he would

He left that life behind many, many, years ago and only brought it back out when he needed to assert his dominance

He's fine with keeping the name "King" thou, a little reminder of the past doesn't hurt (usually)

Now, I think someone asked this question already, but I can't remember (my memory doesn't work with me sometimes), how many AUs do you have, and which one is your favorite (and least favorite if you want to share)?

I had a lot of fun creating the various reference sheets for my stick figure designs and I'm glad other people like seeing all the little quirks I have for them too!

In regards to my AvA AUs, I have 5 main AUs!

In order from Most to Least information/content posted, there is:

Mad King AU

Cartoon Villain Verse

Human Band AU

Mafia AU

and NPC!Purple AU

I love all of them and they all hold a very special place in my brain but I would definitely say the Mad King AU and the CV! verse are the AUs that I love developing the most!

They're both on separate ends of the Vibe spectrum with MK!AU being based in cosmic horror and tragedy and the CV! verse being based purely in comedy

Heavy Angst versus Wacky Silly Times

And tbh, I don't really have a least favorite AU. Both Mafia AU and NPC!Purple still mean a lot to me (especially NPC!Purple), I just don't have as much created for them. Or if I do, I'm not ready to post it publicly yet.

That being said, for Mafia AU in particular, I will be posting an old Oneshot I wrote and its concept art, hopefully soon!

And then Human Band AU is just, there is an actual plot to it and it currently going through some slight character redesigns. But to be honest, I just really like drawing the sticks as humans living in the real world doing funny shenanigans. It's one of my favorite ways to destress alskdgjlsgsdg

But yeah!
