Those people (and probably more I've forgotten) have made me so happy and I'm glad to have met and interact with them. Sarah (the amazing human who tagged me), Leigh (samstaylor), Bri (fan-child), Chloe (writingsbychlo), Blue (bluetree76), Grim (grimreaperlover11) and Sara (samslave) have especially impacted and made me feel special and happy this year. They have significantly impacted me and I'm so grateful to have met them, it's actually almost been a year since I met most of them.

Imagine Stiles is a barista in a coffee shop. Every day Derek comes in and orders a coffee (black with a dash of sugar) They talk a bit and over time, get to know each other better and better Derek sits in the same seat, by the window. Pulling out his drawing kit and drawing. Maybe one day, as Stiles is cleaning up the shop, he sees that Derek must have dropped his drawing pad under the table. He picks it up and flips through it. He's shocked to see the majority of the drawings are of him

2 - Smiling at customers, concentrating on making coffee, even 1 of him bent over to get something out from under the counter. Stiles jumps and turns around when the door opens. Standing there is Derek Derek is embarrassed, and tells Stiles that he will understand if Stiles doesn't want him to come back to the shop Stiles tells him that if he wanted to draw him, all Derek had to do was ask. Derek smiles That night Derek gets to draw Stiles naked, in the light of the sun setting.

Chris hears the key in the lock, hears the door swing open and the click of the light switch, hears footsteps coming down the hall. The dogs jump down off the bed and run to meet Zach, and so much the better, because Chris was starting to feel awkward with them sitting there staring at him like they were waiting for him to explain himself. He would have locked them up, but that would have given away the surprise too early.

"Hey, boys," Chris hears Zach coo. Collars jingle and claws tap excitedly at the hardwood. Chris makes himself lay still and silent while Zach's footsteps travel around the kitchen and kibble pings in the metal dog bowls. He sincerely hopes Zach doesn't plan on watching them eat and then taking them for a walk immediately after. He can't possibly know Chris walked them half an hour ago, but just this once, if he could wait, if he could decide to change his clothes first...

Sure enough, Zach's footsteps get louder as he finally makes his way toward the bedroom. Chris takes a deep breath and puts his hands behind his head, trying to look as casual as possible. The blood has begun to rush to his face before Zach even opens the door, but it's not like he can do anything about that. He'll just have to pretend confidence as best he can, pretend his heart isn't beating in his throat.

When steps into the room, all thoughts of his own nervousness go right out of Chris’s head. Zach jumps and puts his hand to his heart, letting out a gasp like he's just received the scare of his life. And to be fair, he might have. It's not every day you push open the door to your own bedroom and find someone else--someone unexpected--lying mostly naked in your bed.

"Holy f-fuck." Zach slumps back against the wall and clutching his heart. "Chris? What the fuck are you doing here? How did you get in?"

"I have connections," Chris says, shaking with barely suppressed laughter. At this point, there's still a distinct possibility that Zach is going to be mad at him, but the look on his face right now--it's priceless.

"Who?" Zach says. "Joe?"

"Nah, Mrs. Lewis down the hall," Chris says. "Last time I was here, she saw me walking Skunk and called me a 'nice young man.'"

"Hmm," Zach says skeptically. "I guess I'm going to have to have a talk with her about security. She doesn't get the privilege of watching my dogs if she's going to be letting strange men into my apartment."

Zach pushes off the wall and rolls his shoulders, like he's making sure he didn't strain anything when he startled. His eyes rake over Chris's body once, then again, slower. He's adjusting now, and Chris can feel it like static electricity in the air. The flush returns to his cheeks.

"Who're you calling strange?" he asks breathlessly.

"You, babe." Zach takes a step, then another, then another, until his thighs are flush with the bed. His hands go to his own neck, where he grips his shirt and then pulls it up and over his head. "Please tell me you walked the dogs."

"I walked the dogs, Zach."

There are so many ways this could have gone. Zach could have balked, pretended to be tired and told Chris in the morning that they should slow things down. He could have rejected Chris outright, scolded him for being presumptuous and tossed him out on his ass. All these thoughts flitted through Chris's mind in the moments before Zach walked into the bedroom.

But all his fears were unfounded. Instead, Zach gets a knee on the bed, a hand, crawls toward Chris a places a kiss on his knee and his thigh and the buries his face in the crease of his hip, tracing his tongue along the seam of his underwear. Chris curls his hands in the sheets and tries not to cry out. He lets out a gasp instead, an echo of the sound Zach made when he walked in the bedroom and saw Chris.

"I hope you know what you're getting into," Zach murmurs into his skin.

Chris is well aware that he doesn't, but that's okay. He trusts that he is safe in Zach's hands.

Thomas and Stiles are opening Valentine's day cards!

thomas and stiles would love opening valentines cards!!!

thomas would blush and try to hide his smile, acting like it’s no big deal when he’s really gushing like a baby inside. it would make him warm and fuzzy and he would think about it for days. he’d nonchalantly say thanks but he’d really be so greatful for the gesture.

stiles would get excited and shout with happiness and have a undeniable smile on his face. he would give comments like, “aw” “thanks!” and “that’s so sweet!” and if any of them were anonymous he would undoubtedly try and sleuth out who the sender was becuase he would want to thank them and give them a giant hug!
